It will be very tough to begin with but if you really want a good bottom stick with doing daily squats and you will find the more you do, the lower you will go and the better results you will have.
Stand with your feet apart as wide as possible, feet pointing out to the side rather than in front. Put your hands on your hips for balance, keeping your back straight, bend at the knees. Lower yourself down so your thighs are parallel with the floor, keep your head up, shoulders relaxed, bum tucked in and your tummy firm. Repeat 20-30 times.
For dancers this is like a turned in full plie in second position. If you can manage to do this simple exercise every day for 60 days you will notice a marked improvement in your glutes even if you are older.
Taking the stairs whenever you can will firm up your bottom giving you toned calves as well as a complete free workout for your whole body and another good reason, reduce your carbon footprint by not using the lift.
As you get fitter build up to taking two steps at a time. Stretch out your legs when you get to the top in order to keep your muscles long and lean and you are on your way to banish saggy bottoms for good. It won't be long before you're admiring your firm bum, and relishing that rear reflection you used to avoid ever catching a glimpse of.
