A taste on the lips always ends up on your hips.
If you find yourself unable to stop snacking on chocolate, crisps and cake you will always have big hips but if you take a leaf out of Demi Moore's book it might just be the miracle cure you are looking for.
For one month every time you feel like a snack, Demi Moore recommends eat apple or carrot and peanut butter and watch those hips fade away.
Spending money on an expensive gym membership is pointless if you are too busy to use it. So try some of these simple free ways to achieve the perfect body including slimmer hips.
Spending more time in the garden, cutting the grass, planting seeds and generally doing some hard graft is how to wake up your metabolism. If you have curves that drive you crazy, they can difficult to dress, remember big hips are very fashionable at the moment so if you are in great shape and blessed with curvy hips try being grateful for them instead.
