Getting that perfect flat tummy in order to fit your favorite jeans is not as hard as you may think. Having a balanced diet, drinking loads of water and doing endless situps are the usual suspects but here are some top tips to help you achieve your six pack that, believe it or not, will work if you do the work.
Try laughing a lot. A daily laugh works all your abdominal muscles. Whenever you are standing straight pull your tummy in working your muscles 24/7. Get a good nights sleep. Too little sleep will slow down your digestion and induce weight gain. Avoid eating food late, try not to eat after 5pm. The later you eat the harder it is for your stomach to digest it before bed. Avoid stress and find ways to fight it such as walking, yoga, reading etc. Finally wear the right clothes in the right size. Clothes made of material that clings to your body will make you look fatter and your tummy more noticable but also beware of things that are too big as they have the same effect. You could drop a dress size in an instant, forgetting your fad diet and painful workout by investing in some slimming pants but the down side is you will be unable to take your clothes off in front of your lover no matter how drunk you get.
