Changing The Way You Think
When you make the change it will all make sense
We are so easily led astray by bad logic. So to change the way we think we have to learn to develop our imagination.
Use your imagination to visualise yourself in a place you want to be and open up your channels of creativity. Now replace all negative thoughts with positive thoughts and you will change your life.
If something doesn't fit one way, turn it around and if things don't go to plan, change the plan. Life will change what you are but not who you are. That's up to you.
Inner growth equals personal power equals deeper truth.
To change the way you think, start by only saying positive things about yourself. Try new things, read more, set goals and stick to them. Change your mental picture and feel better about yourself.
If you don't like something, change it. You have the power. If you cannot change things, learn to change the way you think about them. Having a proper honest conversation with yourself about anything that is bothering you is where to start your self therapy. The ability to look at situations from different angles and perspectives other than your own limiting viewpoint immediately allows you to see things with more clarity and taking personal responsibilty for your part in situations or events that didn't turn out exactly as you hoped, stops you projecting blame on others in your head, a kind of denial that prevents you maturing and moving forward.
Venus Cow says, "Head up, shoulders back and smile."
When you make change and begin the work it will make sense but the only person who can do it is you.
